My Deer Rifle

IN 1969, I PURCHASED A BROWNING SEMI-AUTO 270 THAT LOOKS VERY MUCH LIKE THE ONE PICTURED ABOVE.  AT THAT TIME I TRIED THE 3 DIFFERENT GRAIN BULLETS AVAILABLE AND SETTLED ON THE 130.  I KEEP ALL MY GUNS VERY CLEAN AND NEVER HAD ANY JAM PROBLEMS. OVER THE YEARS I LOST COUNT OF THE DEER TAKEN WITH THIS RIFLE, BUT WOULD SUSPECT ITS SOMETHING OVER 100.  THE FOLKS AT BROWNING KNOW HOW TO MAKE GUNS AND IF NEEDED I WOULD BUY ANOTHER TODAY. TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE MY OLD REDFIELD WITH BROWNING MOUNTS ON IT.
